Research shows that gentle exercise really does help in the management of MS Symptons . The Pilates Session has been specifically designed for people liivng with MS . Eve who runs the session has worked within a specialised exercise capacity for the past 15 years. GP referral to Cardiac Rehab, Macmillan and the MS Society. Qualified in Prescription Exercise, Cardiac Rehab, Yoga, Pilates, Antenatal/Postnatal exercises. Eve delivers exercises that focus on the ageing population and those with medical conditions . The cost of the class is subsidised by the Calderdale MS Group with a suggested Donation for attending the class is £3
