Tescos Book Stall

Thank You Tescos

The Group were lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to supply books for the Book Stall at Tecso's Kings Cross Halifax for the month of September to raise funds . We  have also been offered the chance to run the Book stall in their Sowerby Bridge store in October.

A massive thank you to Tescos and especially their community champion who couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating . Also thank you to all the groups volunteers and fundraising committee for their hard work in sourcing second hand books and visiting the store to ensure that the stall was kept well stocked.  Julie Blackburn and Vicky Greenwood can be seen in the picture when they collected a cheque for over £1,100 which has been raised so far.
