Return of our Face to Face Adapted Pilates Class

We are deligted to confirm the return of our face to face MS Adapted Pilates Class in a new location in central Halifax. The class which has now been ongoing for 3 years has been on ZOOM for the last year but  we have now got the go ahead from the National  MS Society Health & Safety team  to return to face to face meetings and Eve our Pilates Instructor has done a fantastic job enusring all the required Covid compliance actions have been put in place to esnure everyone's safety . The new location is Holy Trinity & St Judes Church in Free School Lane Halifax with the first new class 22nd June between 11.45am and 12.30 .

MS Adapted Pilates Class

Come along and enjoy a specially adapted Pilates class at Holy Trinity & St Judes Church in Free School Lane , Halifax HX 1 2XE .

The class has been  adapted to participate seated in a chair or wheelchair . The class is lead by Eve Firth- Blackbond , a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and part of Active Rainbow , a company specialising in Pilates and Exercise .

The charge for the class has been subsidised by the the Calderdale MS group and has a suggested donation of  £3 per session ,
